The Adab Foundation places translation at the heart of its work as a bridge for cultural and intellectual exchange between peoples. The Foundation has carried out distinguished projects translating carefully selected books from many world languages into Arabic, with a focus on works of high intellectual and human value.

Adab also organizes specialized international symposia in various linguistic fields in collaboration with cultural and academic institutions, strengthening the presence of Arabic in the global sphere and opening new horizons for translators and researchers.

As part of its strategic partnerships, Adab has concluded cooperation agreements with international publishers, most notably with the renowned house of Brill, as well as a partnership with the UNESCO Chair for Intercultural Exchange, which offers pioneering research and academic opportunities.

The Foundation's efforts were crowned with the Sheikh Zayed Book Award in the Translation category, in recognition of its contributions to enriching the Arabic library with rigorous translated works and of its standing as a leading platform serving translation worldwide.
